Apartment Property Manager Email

It’s $3. Less then a cup of coffee. Y’all know I’m not gonna go out there making these expensive courses to recycle the same information you can find for free on YouTube. This is for the person that’s got a lot of time on their hands and they want to go and scout apartment buildings.

Here’s the objective and how I do it.

1. Go spend half a day cruising apartments. Find the ones that are a little older that have noticeable black mold stains. Not some here and there, I’m talking about some real black mold issues. Y’all know what I’m talking about. Take four or five solid pictures

2. Either walk in the establishment and get the Property Manager ‘s business card or you can call and get it on the phone. Their email. If you go in there and the Property Manager happens to be there, you can shake their hand and say I’ll be sending you something that you need to see in your email.

3. Use my script link below. Fill in your name, and company name. Don’t forget the email subject line. That’s in the link, very important. Then fill in your Google MyBusiness link and website URL and blast away.

ITS A NUMBERS GAME. I guarantee you will get some responses from this. What I’m going for is a response. Not a close. Sometimes it doesn’t work out like that. The idea is to get on their vendor list that way you will be in the running for whenever that job does come on the budget and their timeline. you never know, they might just be in the market for doing it at that particular time.
